Q. How do I know what dates are available for an event?

A. Well, that’s easy. Just click Book Now wherever you see it on our site. This will take you to our safe and secure scheduling system where you can choose your party type and see available dates and times, without committing right away. If your date and time are open—great—complete your booking. We’d love to come party with you. You won’t pay a dime until we confirm the date with you.

Q. How do I know if GoGoGamer can come to my house? 

A. Great question! Our trailer and truck equal about 55 feet long, which means we need some space to park and get in and out. We also need a nearly flat surface to park. As long as your driveway or street isn’t on a very sharp hill or a narrow street, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church, or parking lot.

Q. Will the kids at my party know how to play the video games provided?

A. Kids are pretty smart and pick up on game mechanics very quickly. But, we also have a nerdy Game Coach who will make sure the kids are having a great time and know how to play the games. The Game Coach will inspire and instruct where necessary and help make your party the best ever!

Q. Should I be concerned about the types of games you have for kids?

A. We are here to service you. If you have any concerns about game ratings or other possible gaming features, we will work with you to ensure your concerns are met and make any games you deem inappropriate unavailable.

Q. What if the day I book turns out to have bad weather?

A. Just like mailmen, we come rain or shine, chilly or hot, sludge or snow, smoggy inversion or clear skies… You get the picture. We have full climate control, so inside is comfortable and toasty during the winter and cool in the summer. As long as the roads are safe to drive, we’ll be there! Please note that in the case of severe driving conditions, we will work with you to reschedule.

Q. How early before a scheduled event will you arrive?

 A. Your time is precious and we respect that. We will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event in order to set up and make sure everything is ready for your guests. Our doors will be open on time, as scheduled.

For birthday parties, we suggest starting the party half hour to an hour before our arrival so your guests can witness our grand arrival and revel in the excitement of Utah’s party on wheels. 

Q. What if more than 24 people show up to the event or party? Do you charge extra?

A. As stated on our site, we can support up to 24 players at once. Our inside seating does offer space for more than 24 gamers. But that doesn’t mean you have to stick to no more than 24 guests. For large events—school functions, church groups, non-profits, corporate parties, reunions—we can rotate gamers. With plenty of games and consoles, everyone will get a chance to play!

Q. Can I request games? Can I bring my own games?

A. We have a great selection of games you can choose from. At your event, our Game Coach will evaluate your needs to make your event a success. You can certainly bring your own games, but please note that we will not assume liability for any damage to games that are not the property of GoGoGamer.

Q. Do I have to pay for the event in advance?

A. We do require payment up front. This is to protect your booking. Our reservations go fast. When we confirm your booking request, you will need to pay to lock in your date. You can do this online. We accept most credit and debit cards. For corporate and educational customers who must pay differently, please contact us for direction.
